We want you to
be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our hard
copy items (sheet music, etc.) carry a 14 day money back guarantee as
long as they are returned in the same condition as received. If you
return the items by mail, you will be responsible for the shipping
expense that is incurred when the items are shipped back to us.
Downloaded sheet music or audio files are non-refundable.
Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, sharing
and protection of your personal information. In the process of placing
an order we collect customers’ e-mail addresses and a home address.
Your name and address information is used solely to process orders
unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this
information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for
purposes other than order fulfillment.
From time to time we may send out email messages alerting you that
products are available, to remind you about providing feedback or for
promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communication from us
1) if you contact us for a particular reason, 2) to receive your
orders, or 3) we need to contact you for administrative purposes such
as winning a contest. Administrative e-mails will not contain
promotional materials. If you choose to receive our News Letters, they
will contain promotional materials from The Maestro Company.
We make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose
personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith
belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial
proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
the checkout process from The Maestro Company, you will receive a
confirmation email, which confirms that you have successfully fulfilled
a product transaction. This Confirmation email should contain a list of
the products you have purchased along with the prices and delivery
methods. The Maestro Company will then ship the products you have
purchased, shipping within the method you chose during checkout.If your products are received damaged or broken, please see our Return Policy (above), on how to return your damaged items.
All pricing is
marked next to the item as it is listed on The Maestro Company web
pages. Hard copy sheet music is priced per item and is generally
between $1.25 to $5.00 each. Digital downloads of sheet music and
MP3's are always $0.99 unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs
are figured according to the amount of items purchased and their
corresponding weight. If you feel that you have been charged an
incorrect price or a price different than what is noted on the web
page, pleasecontact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 909-337-7867 and we will issue a refund of any overcharged amount.
